It was cold, but they got in the water anyway. Thousands of people dressed like they were on summer vacation splashed into the Chesapeake Bay for charity on Saturday, Jan. 28. The event marked the 16th annual Polar Bear Plunge at the park to benefit the Special Olympics of Maryland.
